The ped is definitely from a player, if you spectate him his vehicle is returned. Why? I have no idea so expect it to be around for a while.

I'm actually kinda working on that (afk people are ignored now), that's why I added the waiting for list, so I could see who's still loading and who's ignored. I agree it leads to witch hunts, so I'll remove it again when I'm done with speeding up the loading (other ways).

Would've been a good idea, but likes are linked to account so can't really do that

Everything that was stored on the server has been set back to a backup from march, including: likes, old toptimes, deleted maps, ghosts (which are lost cause they didn't exist yet), mod and admins accounts GC's, shop items and new toptimes system is stored in mysql on a different server and isn't affected If you notice something else that should be there (mod rights for example) is still missing, post it here

The addons didn't start after I restarted race yesterday, they're fine now

Clans/groups are on the todo list but there is nothing concrete atm 5 mins is fine for a map

I can't confirm atm but it sounds like something I would do to prevent potential abuse
