^ I have seen a lot of people that don't like the map in race suggesting this, but there isn't a gamemode in mix atm where it fits in (without changing the map).
If you want i can convert race cp's to checkpoints for rtf.
I wouldn't mind, add carhide too

As far as I know Mad is right. Binslayer changed the script so players with kills couldn't get send to heaven / sleep with the fish. It could be true the speed up thing isn't among the exceptions.
The vote script should get disabled when there only players with kills remaining.

People can believe what they want to believe, but there's a boundry, which is violence.
You couldn't really expect bombing ISIS would lead to no (re)action though.
It's very sad people are willing to commit suicide for there believes.

Maybe an idea for the server, sometimes irl im karting with some friends and you have some "pro rating" increasing or decreasing depending on your best time. Maybe something similar is possible to be created for MTA (possibly only for the serious race maps)
Not sure how to implement this, maybe a little concept:
Lets say top 1 gives 100 points decreasing by 1 point every position below that (so top 70 gives 30 points). The earned points will cumulate into your rating.
(note: this means you can lose rating if your losing your tops)
