Being as we're the players of the server (and you aren't, and never have been), we have an immediate say on anything that goes on. Think of the players are shareholders of a company (especially for those of us who've donated). As such, we expect to be able to take part in various conversations, internal issues, etc. Even Gmail thinks that your content is spam, as every time a reply email shows up, it's automatically moved into the spam box while the replies from Tic, Taint, etc. are not. I have been and continue to be a player of this server, whether you like it or not. You’re just going to have to deal with it. Whatever transpires on ALW, it is NOT automatic right to disregard the policy on this one, as in sticking your nose into someone else’s complaint on this server. Your Gmail account is not my problem and it is not even relevant to this thread. Admins, it seems this person is clearly stalling, and just wants to argue for the sake of arguing. This report is not related to everywhere else including your references to other servers. You’re not an admin - you don’t govern what is and what is no, a punishable offense. If other players people fake names and they’re banned for it, you are treated the same. Arguing the toss on a complaint that doesn’t involve you won’t change this. Server rules state that only those involved should comment. I was involved, I was present at the time and I made the complaint. You are allowed to voice whatever you like about me within reason and law, I’ve already stated this. Nobody is stopping you from doing it in the appropriate section. Look who’s talking? You keep hanging around this thread sticking your nose in. Then by all means, make a formal complaint. You keep avoiding doing that by posting here, in someone else’s thread. I wonder why you’re incapable of doing that. I thought by now you’d be able to read Yoshi’s response, but of course, you can’t read the PM’s I’ve received from admins.. Well, like I keep saying and like you keep ignoring, post your complaint in the appropriate place. You don’t know what my interests are or all the communities I support, but you clearly intend to clutch at straws doing it. Then you should state it’s your own opinion and not the status quo. Your references to other servers are also irrelevant to the complaint made. I never mentioned any other server. You also need to look at the King Miko thread to see how seriously nake-faking is taken, which would include -]ALW[-BigBabBob's criticism for this very thing - something I don't see you latching onto. Instead of shooting the messenger why don’t you have the balls to air your grievances regarding this rule in the right manner? If you seriously think impersonating an admin IS a joke, which seems to be the case, I wouldn’t recommend trying it.. Whatever that means. The fact remains, you are not involved in this case IRRESPECTIVE of your accusations, however vague. The complaint has been filed, and well received despite my oversight with its timing. So if you cannot move on, and if you must insist on being an argumentative prick then please, kindly do it somewhere else.

Impersonating an admin is a normal conversation to you? One admin, Yoshi, has also upheld the complaint on BOTH counts. You don't even know the day I installed MTA. Neither do you have the right to tell other people here what a waste of time is from here on in. Seems you're just trolling for the sake of it, and you're not even involved. You were not involved and you have no right to stick your nose into a thread that doesn't involve you. We're done. Move on. There's nothing here for you now. Admins, this person is not involved in this case. They are clearly using this thread as a form of trolling. They are not contributing to this thread. They refuse to air any complaint/slander/bullshit they may have against me in the appropriate section. All I see is this case drifting from any sort of peaceful resolution. This is not the ALW server. I've formally reported an incident which occurred on this server, and in accordance with its rules and regulations..not ALW's rules and regulations including any shout-box "conversation" you claim we had on there. You weren't a direct witness to this incident, and you weren't directly involved.

This may very well be a public thread, but that still doesn't alter the fact you are directly involved with this particular incident. I referred to the King Miko thread because I didn't know why a witness to both events, -]ALW[-BigBadBob, had seemingly avoided reporting this one for the same reason as they gave in the other (impersonation). When I myself posted in the King Miko thread it was general inquiry as to the status of the ban - not the specific circumstance surrounding it.

I'll defend your right to air whatever complaint you have against me on this server. However unlike myself and others, I don't believe you were present during this incident. This complaint does not involve you. Furthermore regardless of your opinions regarding other servers as well as your attempts at demonising me, I don't see why I should be harassed for rightfully reported any player for the reasons already mentioned. As you can see from my complaint, when I reported Pondfiller I made a point of providing evidence. If you have a genuine complaint regarding anything you think I'm guilty of on this server, open up a suitable thread and do the same. Otherwise I may be inclined to dismiss your affront as idle gossip, trolling or even a hate campaign

I do not know what, if anything, will come of this complaint. Clearly, there are also differences of opinion within the administration over the following rule: In October, King Miko made an unban request. He was accused of similar offences by -]ALW[-BigBabBob, including that of impersonation: -]ALW[-BigBabBob is the same person you see interacting with -]ALW[-Pondfiller in the above log. Since both YWA and Binslayer told me they weren’t aware of what took place with -]ALW[-Pondfiller this led me to assume nobody else had mentioned it. For the record I did post earlier to raise awareness of the incident, however it appears my concerns were either lost in the system or I failed to post them in the appropriate section. Admins, I'll post on this when I've got more time as I am a bit tired (5:30am). So it's subject to change. The accuser, minus their tag and with a new account, is making several accusations here which seem a bit vague or misleading. - I really don't care whether or not you put my name in the thread title. I'm more interested in the detail. - At no time have I ever insisted "no one should talk in the chat box while in game". Neither have I claimed to "the best admin in a server that never has any players". - I have never asked to be a recruit. Even if that were true, what actual bearing does this have on your complaint here? - If I race against some of the best drivers on ALW, so what? I hardly ever even see you on there and I fail to see why I should stop on account of the stuff that mostly takes place elsewhere. I don't hate all ALW's. When I joined IRC tonight, Taint started with the remarks. As he did not give the impression he wanted to be treated like a rational adult, I just left him to his own devices. He then appeared intend on being more disrespectful, inferring that I have or would, go on a "banning spree". It's me that has to fix the damage when people come to expect it. Previously I've also had an ALW member telling their clan-mates to ban me, which leaves me wondering what if anything I am supposed to have done on their clan server, or having to explain to people I would never ban anyone without a valid reason. I contacted the ALW server owner (Acid), who came across as being helpful and calm. Certain ALW members appeared to have scant regard for their upholding their reputation as a fair and respectable outfit, so I mentioned these things to him. This was not something drummed up overnight. The spamming, flooding, impersonation, arguing and use of IRC to provoke or escalate conflicts was spoiling the fun of the Green server and could spill over elsewhere. So out of courtesy I spoke to their server owner. More often than not, I find that a lot of what I see on Green's MTA server seems to be associated with some (not all) ALW members. However out of respect for the community as a whole IF it comes down to not playing here and letting them carry on as they are, so be it. I am not using this game server until at least after Christmas.. no Slayer, it's not because I am grounded (bit too old for that), but because one family member is ill and I don't expect to have the time to play. Who? Fair enough. With respect, if it's unacceptable for third parties to influence this case then what about the opinions and representations to date? I intended to request, rather than assume, permission to submit information I feel directly relates to this issue. If I have to wait until the case has concluded before I do that then so be it.
