I've never tried the Steam version of GTA San Andreas. Some of the latest user reviews are highly critical, on account of the November, 2014 patch purportedly rendering the game unplayable. Here's one such review dated January, 2015:

Thanks for this...much appreciated. It makes it so much easier to concentrate on the race at hand and see what's being typed. Suggestion: would it also be possible to ignore cross-server chat, as well as certain command outputs such as “/lol” or “/me”? Both these features on a per-user or all user, basis so as to further reduce the amount of information being sent to your chat-box. Many thanks.

Back on topic.. Your comments appeared to be speculative in form and therefore inadmissible as evidence. I see nothing that might be considered definitive evidence, such as log extract(s) and witness statement. I see nothing that suggests your direct involvement. Whatever your motive, I think your comments risked jeopardizing a fair trial. Proceeding to call me names is also irrelevant to the appeal. The legitimacy of your involvement remains unanswered. Therefore in the interests of both fairness and transparency, perhaps the administration could explain why MoshPit would be allowed to influence the outcome of this trial..

May I ask, how is Moshpit directly involved in this case?
