Maina camp on RTF

Hey! 

Today we played [RTF] Great adventure map and Maina camped about 5 minutes next to the flag what was a bad thing according to a lot of players, however we have to suffer from his HUGE lags everyday (there are more and more playes day by day who get annoy because of his lags). I know there isnt a rule about this thing but it was "unsportmanlike"

easy solution for this is to bring back 5 mins limit for this map as it was @Cena

Punishment wont work on him, he said he will do it in all dm maps what are on server

Then keep banning him for long time, I won't reduce the timelimit.
