Dont let randoms vote

 Remove the ability to vote from players with no accounts.

Also make it so it gives them a message that they should make accounts in order to vote.

This way more people will have accounts , and less people will stop spamming 1 on the vote panel

Like the idea aswell, but maybe not fully disable their abillity to vote. What about letting registered users votes count more than non-registered user? (ie the vote of a user with an account counts for 2, the ones without counts for 1)

No, but now "away" people can't vote. Or..they can but their vote doesn't count.
