Adding Fake Full to server

Hey guys, I am starting up a little server and to get people attracted to it I want to add a 'simple' Fake Full. At least... it looked simple, but it's everything but that.

Got some guides on the internet, but they both dont seem to work very good. Also, they are rather old and therefor perhaps outdated.

Therefor! I turn to you fellow Mr.Green forum people! I'd really appreciate it if anyone could explain to me how to implement Fake Full in my little server.

Why would you make your server look full?

Nobody joins a full server -.-

it just looks full, so nobody can join... -.-

Lol, ofcourse you dont make your server entirely full! Btw, mr green uses it so thats who uses it. If you dont make use of it you won't show up in the list if people filter empty servers, it is just a way to draw people to your server.
