If you mean the guy who overtook you pretty fast, well.. You had 25fps.. He could have had 35 which obviously made him faster than u

LAUM3T4L is/was a cheeter every race he take's off way faster than everyone else. He overtook me in several races when he should not have. on the bright side he suck's
