motherboard help

well my motherboard has just died on me so i could do with some help am looking for a board that supports pci-e cpu amd phenom II x4 955 and ddr2/ddr3

Do you have ddr-2 or ddr-3 ram? Because, as far as I know,a motherboard can only support on type of ram.

Working great and has many OC functions. If you don't want to SLI or Crossfire than you won't do anything wrong by buying this Mainboard.

You know, that this is a AM3 Mainboard. So it only supports DD3 RAM. And DDR2 doesn't fit in AM3 Mainboards.

But if you have the money for DDR3 RAMs than I would recommend you to get a AM3 mainboard, because AM2+ and DDR2 is old.

You'll need an AM2+ mobo otherwise your ddr-2 ram won't fit.

looks like i will be getting a am3 board had a word with the guys i work with he's letting me trade the ddr2 ram for ddr3
