Ofc it's fake, they even say it themselves. This is just mens version of Opera (not the TV show).

It's like watching reality TV, just that it's relity fighting instead. Instead of watching who hooks up with who it's who beats up who. Most people think that they're trying to convince people it's real, but they're not.

If I were gonna watch it I'd have to watch an entire season, but I don't have time for that nowadays :/
