1: Speak properly so we can understand what you say. You shouldn't use "ur" and "u" in forums.

From what i can see from proof he leaves after he gets gagged, but you dont show him spamming. I see no reason to ban him, hes just an ass. If that was bannable than i would have to ban alot more.
