People, use your brains for a little bit.

It's JUST Los Santos, and not SF or LV. From a marketing standpoint, it would've been horrible for Rockstar to put those other two cities into GTA V and not accounce it right off the bat. Since there's no indication in the trailer for those two, they won't be in GTA V. Maybe as a DLC in the future, but not when the hame's released. Rockstar's official announcement didn't mention (even in the slightest bit) the other two cities.
