It won't work if you're using "gmail" as your e-mail. Try "hotmail" or "live". You have to register with an hotmail or live e-mail. I had the same problem a while ago and when i changed the current e-mail from "gmail" to "hotmail", it worked. It can also be a temporarily bug, since many users had the same problem.
