It looks like Ravi haven't blocked you. Just ramming. He got Dumper and saw someone coming fast then he decided to ram so you won't pass him. As you can see in the last screenshot he took the checkpoint and he looked like he was continuing the race. (Changed from Dumper to Picador) which is small car and kinda fast to continue the race.

So Mosh was on. I'm pretty sure he is doing the right thing and if not he was going to get reported for sure. Anyway this report proofs nothing. I will lock if no news about that blocker for the next 12 hours.

But I won't punish Spring without proof. Take better screenshots or video.
