It's supposed to only work for people with 0 kills and if more than 2 players are alive.

Might be bugged like you said, it's never a good idea to remove values from a table while in a for loop

Although it might also be that the vote is just too slow and in between the vote, the target dies or gets a kill.

It's random luck but it mainly targets those with 0 kills if I remember what Kali told me

Then its probably bugged, look at screenshot, i got 200 km/h, had 3 kills, and there were players with 0 kills

I think that random vote should be happening to players  with 0 kills first and then to players with more kills ... my opinion

Reason: Impossible to finish map with big vehicle

 

[Mix bug]

There is a bug on Mix server in DD and SH, when DD or SH starts there are some players that are still downloading and they are not ready. And as round starts they cant be killed, they usually finish download when 3-4 players left, so its not fair to other players which are fighting for their places and GCs
