Uhm , i dont know what to say i also live in a big city but we have other habit of mind like we have expensive cars but no roads for them , now every geek has a car just to impress girls , when i was like 10 years old i use to go whit my bike to school but in time i realised that im embarrassing if i do that just because nobody from that time did that thing. So im glad that the mighty bike still exists not just for the fun of it

Uhm ,Disable team picking on arena ? The only way is to add "scramble the teams" plugin which sucks

Do you mean by add a command to scramble the teams ? No. Because when you start to play you make some strategy how you go where you go what you go and so on , and by simple scrambling the teams ruins the sake of it.
