Time on server has nothing to do with admin material. You could of played for 200 days and still not receive admin. You have to help players, be mature and contribute. There are other factors, It's just early hours in the morning and I'd rather sleep.

People can also exploit this, since the rules are just told, people could just randomly tell people one of the admins made a new rule, and fuck up the game, forcing me or Toaster to come correct it. People are making up rules on IW all the time, and it's really annoying, because nobody has a set of rules, not even the admins. Suggestion: Throw the ban hammer around a bit when on the server and hit as many people with it as you can. It should sort them out. Any self inflicted pain has nothing to do with me.

Yes, Needs more clear rules. It's hard to keep people following them because they say "where are they? I see no rules"

( kinda more leadership) -Have shown a continued commitment to academic success in line with their ability -Can manage responsibility with professionalism, integrity, sensitivity and good humour -Are self-motivated, proactive and a reliable team member -Say if you get on well with other pupils in the same year and other years. ( are you a peoples person etc.)

I also applied for prefect this year so I'll help you out. In this letter you should say if: -You think you're good for the job -Where you have shows team work skills before ( are you a team player ) -Where you have shown leadership skills ( are you a born leader ) - Have you given time to help the school before ( list examples ) - What you want to improve on or help with ( within the school ) - Detentions, punctuation, Do you try and be polite/kind/helpful...
