Throwing my opinion out there, regardless of any disagreements we've had. I don't think you'd be a good admin. I feel at times your maturity get's the better of you, maybe in time you'd be better, but not now.

You've not experienced anything till you've seen the upside down legs crawling glitch, although that one there is freaky as fuck. some guy was just on the ground in a weird position, so I assumed he was dead. Suddenly his back legs bend backwards into the air shaking from side to side as his gun looks to be firing everywhere but actually its totally just killed me. I freaked the fuck out.

People have done that for a long time, when me and awesomeo were chasing one guy he must of logged in/out 40+ times. He would come on quickly use food and try to gain some ground. Eventually we got him but you have to be clever, like trap them or hide in trees and stuff

Nether should be claimable but you shouldn't be able to trap people within portals, if you have such an issue with it just break the portal down. I've had to teleport numerous people out because of this. As long as you can go back through the portal its no issue as you could go and build a new one somewhere else.
