I have seen this one few times in Mr.Green servers but back then if you saw someone like this he was spectator and he CAN kill zombies and humans, but think they fixed this one back then atleast in our servers.

It is free to host own ts server but if it goes over 100 members/players same time in there you need to pay or something. I used to host one but now my connection is crappy and keeps cutting off sometimes.
