Lowering the tickrate doesn't seem necessary at all. You do know that lowering the tickrate makes the game less smooth? It's better to mess with sv_airaccelerate but I don't think adjusting the current surf settings is desired.

Just don't use anything that gives you an advantage. Radars and things like that sort of fall under this rule too but since they're not too much of an issue, I condone them. Your ass is banned once you install cheats though. Like the current 240+ players banned for xray use.

There are far more parameters that are looked at than the one you described. Xray bans made by the automated system are indeed permanent and I'm certain that it'll avoid false-positives in 99.9% of the cases.

Ok let's be clear, I was a little confused at first but let me make this statement: It is allowed. Part of me wanted you guys to start fighting over control of the teleporters. If it doesn't play well in the end, I change it. But I do not want to force anything on anyone for playing the game using the elements I give you. Now Corby already cleared up the base they had around that teleporter, but he is now aware of where I stand so it shouldn't happen again.

Using lava to kill people is allowed. You're NOT allowed to make mountains with them however. Clearly stated in the server join message too.

I got a PM last night from a Minecraft user with a legitimate complaint: he bought a lot of items just a few days before the Minecraft server moved to a new map, basically meaning he lost all the shipments he bought. I kind of saw this issue coming and that's why I've decided to adopt the following system: If we start a new Minecraft map, players will still lose all their Minecraft inventory like usual, this won't change and is part of the fresh start. Shop items that can be classified as perks (and special items like the Peace Treaty) will transfer to the new map just fine. When we start a new map, I will refund half the Green-Coins you spend on shipments (stock items) the past week in the Minecraft GC shop. So if you bought 3 stock items of respectively 500 GC, 40 GC and 800 GC in the week before the map switch, you'll get 250+20+400 = 670 GC refunded. I will try to warn people when we're moving to a new map sooner from now on. This will also mean that once you know a new map is coming, all shipments are basically 50% off because half of it will be refunded on map switch. I've just applied this to our last world move (during the hardware upgrade) so some of you guys should be a little richer now. That'll be all.
