yeah, its probably enough for a 1060. but sata ssd is 600mb/s max, while m2 can do 3000mb/s.

simple recommendation: you get what you pay for. if you want better performance, you will have to invest some money. at least you already got a gpu, so just save some money and get at least the 6500 with a Z170 chipset mainboard (you can save some money there, not many people need 3 pcie 3.0 slots, just make sure it has a m2 slot) edit: also wait til after xmas to buy the ram, they always increase and then drop in prices after.

gta5 and 100% cpu is pretty standard, and simple answer: you cant. no matter what you do, your cpu will be the bottleneck. maybe get an ssd, but even that wont get you more fps. oh, and the cpu is a good choice, wouldve recommended that as well. get a cheaper motherboard. any x72? will do. more edit: id buy this one https://www.alternate.de/MSI/Z170A-TOMAHAWK-Mainboard/html/product/1216156? 2 m2 slots.
