Never The Same, i'm on the lead. The guy skips the checkpoints to go to the airport and make a head-on crash with me..  I kill him a couple of times so he can't even make it to the airport again.

Thanks for letting me know about removing my mods, whatever.


For that shit he did back in the day i would get a 2 week ban lol. He got killed a few times and you call that abusing? He should be perm banned cause that guy does nothing else but fuck with other racers.

On a old server called PhrozenByte where i was admin in 2007/08 they used a special proceed against cheaters (i called it silent ban).

 

They were not kick-banned directly from the server.

They were frozen automatically and if they killed themselves they got frozen again and again.. (was more frustrating for them)

 

In background their IP got banned to prevent them of joining the server later.

 

What i want to say with that is that you could give moderators a second possibility to proceed

against the 'very bad boys' with that auto-freeze for some time (in gm for sure).

 

A single kill or 2 is not enough in some situations.

That's just not fair. Same happened to me a few months back. Sure, I get that you've put the "reason" there to see why anyone gets killed. BUT, how can mods type "block", "timed" or whatever other reason when the guy does something wrong - and still continue the race, that is. By typing whole reason, mods get more punished than the dude who is breaking the rules :\ Cause rulebreaker doesn't care about nothing than to fail other players, most of 'em just type shit on chat and smile when they fail someone else.

I've never seen Driver block or do anything wrong, but I guess he has. This is 100% like my situation before, t-ROLL stays on the road blocking it, I kill him so road is clear and a few days later I see the russian guy (h8 him btw) has posted that moment as ss saying I'm abusing. Go ask t-ROLL what really happened back then, he said to me in PM that he had pressed ALT+TAB 'cause he got sad by map. THAT DOESN'T MEAN I CAN'T KILL HIM FOR BLOCKING, even though he didn't want to block.

So guys here are my 2 cents now:

Yes I blocked SandySweet once at the Ending. That he blew me once was okay, but he did it multiple times and I dont understand the reason why. After my respawn I was too far away from the Airport  to block anybody. So in my point of view it was just bullying. By the way i have screenshot, where he have blown neoCJ 2 times in a very short time with insultung (same map).

The reason why I blocked him is simply provocing evreybody, especially me. I guess it is very good known that he isn't polite to the players. The fact that he was a moderator made the situation worse, because generally a moderator is a trusted who should supply the players out there.
Sandy likes to insult the players (check the log from SDK)

It is not the first time that Sandy uses his admins rights against me. In the past he always blew me very fast for simple accidents which really wasnt on purpose.

That said, I have much less tolerance for blockers these days, so Driver76 gets caught again expect a time out.

 

@Hijack, I think there was a server which showed gore porn to cheaters even. I don't want to go that far, but you did give me an idea.

Then you had better keep an eye on Skynet who has been abusing his rights for years.

It's pretty sad that you decided to take my rights away after i 'abused' them once without even knowing the whole story. But i know it's personal, and i understand that :)

there's never a shortage of "fairness" on this community LOL.
In the end it comes down to one thing man, the Owner and the guy left in charge of the server are free to do whatever they want, even if its clearly not fair at times.

Thats why I dont donate to "free" online games LOL.
