Crits in Arena

Ok to start off, I'm Nikki. You all probably know me from the MrG Arena server by the name "Miss Nikki".

So yes, there was a discussion a few minutes ago about crits in arena. This is pretty much a daily conversation, once someone gets killed by a crit, the entire server starts some kind of discussion on how they should be removed.

I reviewed some topics that were related to mine, on how they wish it should be removed too. Noticing that I don't know half the people that post in it, or never even saw them on the arena server. These players probably play more often on the PL or CP server.

Here's my opinion about it.. TURN OFF THOSE CRITS. If you read this, you're probably thinking.. Sigh, another complaint.. And yes it is.

Here are a few reasons why I think they should be disabled on the ARENA server:

- People constantly complaining about it.

- Making teams unfair by getting alot of those random crits.

- Avoid ragequits that happen so often due to crits.

And so on..

Now, I want to hear from some people.. Why do YOU think they should stay on the ARENA server.

Everyone that is reading this topic, please give your honest opinion about it. Also, others that wish to turn those crits off.. Post it in here, saying "TURN OFF THE CRITS IN ARENA"

I'll also add a poll to this, not meaning alot but atleast it's something. BE HONEST!

I don't care about the other servers. But Arena isn't really made to have crits.

If it's a 1v1 at the end, and the other guy wins with 1HP and a crit, people rage.

I only started playing on this particular server because it had random crits, might seem strange but the chance of something random keeps game more fresh. Now I agree that someone killing you with a crit can be frustrating but it is just a game.

Please don't make me seek new servers to favourite....

I voted for yes now. I changed my mined when i played on some crit vote servers. but only add the crit vote. non crit ingame is much more fun

Arena is already fast-paced as it is. It has first blood, we don't also need random crits.

Also, a scramble would be fine too, I believe that's the reason most people ragequit.

I think he is saying that the whole server will grab pitchforks and torches if you don't, instead of rewarding you if you do.
