It does that in the free version, but it's also very easy to grief with it (you can't just block the source to stop the flow). Plus you won't have underground rivers and such.

We'll try to install a server mod soon that groups players. New joiners won't be able to modify anything. I could limit flints to just a few trusted players.

Not yet. Some enemies are spawned in dungeons but they're not synced with the clients, so they'll just appear as spastic floating models.
