Since this topic is basically solved, I don't wanna put oil the fire, although there are some things that needs some further context. Well, I don't remember anyone saying this exact thing, but sometimes I just had that feel while reading the chat. I would say the same kind of "fights" were with you, Orange/heveren/Gabe N and Ciken. I don't think I ever had a "fight" with Vulpy and Zeitmann, tho, rather some debates. Fonfon and Mad - well, those were actual conflicts. I got told 20 times to let people enjoy the games they like. I don't think I "violated" this advice for the past time period. I rather rant about certain things like politics and the video game industry. I don't even raid the GTA V/VI thread anymore. Instead of telling people what to play and what to not play - I prefer to focus on telling why I like/don't like the certain video game. Fonfon indeed got punished for that (for 3 days), although I got muted for 3 days, too. Me getting muted didn't make any sense. I'm not just saying that because it wasn't really fair, but due to the fact that things he told kinda messed me up. As I basically did a "social media detox" after that. I actually didn't. ("From my part, you're a strange case: few times you are actually kind and helpful, other times you just wish me to disappear from the face of the Earth. ") You say that you have been ignoring me for a long time, until a certain point. I also say that I wanted to avoid addressing you in a forum post. For this exact reason you told. That's why I don't get some of your approaches: sometimes you are providing help and we are actually agreeing on some things, yet at other times I feel like you being the second coming of MoshPit. Since I had mixed feelings (and still have), I just didn't want to make yet another "address topic" (probably I will just remove or "hide" this post in the future, just like I did with the "Sandy topic"). However, today's event was unexpected, so I immediately grabbed the keyboard, as I already had a lot to tell about certain things in the community. I was never against the fact that there are some key members that have access to specific features. I just don't like the above-mentioned "kings and peasants" approach, and people getting massive punishments (unless they do some really unacceptable things), while only a few people are being around nowadays. Well, I don't say there's a big tyranny on the Discord, however, at times you were telling about me getting muted or banned, and that led me to have bad vibes. No.

Would be even more than fine, considering we both use such terms, I wouldn't feel any bad if you used those against me. So do I, show me a single member that felt "threatened" by me, I will wait. Yeah, because 10 people are actually active, so i only count those. You are implying they have never told that, even tho you've had multiple fights with Vulpy, fonfon, heveren, Mad and even Ciken that always consisted of pretty much the same situation, as the one that happened between me and you. To add an extra to that, fonfon was already warned multiple times for doing that as well. They might have reacted differently, possibly with a more proper approach to a situation as well, I don't deny that. Enough? Probably after being told 20 times over the same reason, that would definitely count it as enough. The people that mocked you or told you to "unalive" yourself were punished for that too. And I totally agree with this, always did, always will. If i would realize there was an issue with someone, or better, had an actual report about that, I might have had. Besides, most of those reports were far before i was managing anything and could have had a proper word about the situation. And I guess you have already forgotten about all the times when I suggested the actual "good" causes to you that were pretty much taken under no consideration whatsoever. If I am not heard, then I may as well ignore that topic, cause it's meaningless. Gaming communities have hierarchies too and in our case, it's mostly about who has certain permissions to see staff specific channels and an access to more commands. I don't get the whole "kings and peasants" approach either, I always thought people were pretty much equal here, especially since we all stopped bothering about rules ALL THE TIME. Considerations vs throwing words on the wind. If i would actually consider that and wanted to do that, I would've done it, as i said in my previous post. You want to feel on the same level and yet you are "scared" that someone will do something to you (mute, ban, warn, whatever), even tho none of that has happened for the past few years. Being irritated and expressing that over being irritated and actually doing your work are 2 different things. I love to talk sometimes, whether it's some bullshit reason, whether it's something insultive or something actually kind, none of that actually means that I am going to do that (99% of times it's really meaningless, even if it may sound otherwise) I also don't get the tyrannical part either, I don't see anybody enforcing rules a minute after someone breaks them, I don't see people stomping on each other (besides few cases, that you have already addressed), it's all just a banter. I am not sure if ciken is gonna reply to the post, but after talking to him and Vulpy, I will actually unmute you, cause I agree on what they said. It makes no sense to keep you muted over my stupidity at this point. I will keep this topic unlocked for now, whether someone wants to add anything or if you wanna reply.

What part of the "entire server" whose mood I dragged down? What specific member? Did anyone tell you that I ruined his day because my messages written on the Discord? If a person has a reason to that, it's me. I got told by a few people that how worthless I am, how awful I am, and I've never told such things to anyone. Guess that's fine. That "entire server" (10 people out of the 700 members) consists of a literal Russian troll, a guy who posts memes, an edgy dude, and someone we ignore eachother with. They NEVER ever told that I ruin their moods. They either ignore my messages - and reply to person above me -, or they just try to prove me wrong. I agree that I do some venting over time, and it can get quite deep - on the other hand, some of you just keep making fun of it - only Wooziee (rick_masters) actually cared about having a discussion in that regard. And those are expressing opinions indeed, even if they are unpopular. You tend to do these, too: "crappy camera", "shitty phone", "mid game", "terrible car", "cringe", "NPC arguements" - and terms like these. Those are fine, aren't they? Especially, that you keep that "threatened feel" to the members - so they might not even argue with your opinion. At least I don't do that. I listen everyone's point. Yeah, very sudden, after everyone, including me, told you to just act normal and keep the conversation on some sort of level. Obviously you totally ignored that, because, again, it doesn't suit your world of view, so it's meant to be "optional" Besides, a "tyrant" that let you insult me before few times, JUST BECAUSE i don't have a reason to mute anybody, unless enough is enough. It was very sudden, indeed. The discussion today was about Fortnite getting an update, which led to have perfomance issues to me. I told my opinion, you told yours, then - for whatever reason - you snapped, and bombarded me with a 7-day mute, without any warnings even. Even if our opinions are different, I never intended to make you leave the server. You threatened with mute and ban - multiple times - for 3 years. Then you wonder why I don't "obey you". Like I've said, that's not how respect is earned. The question is. When is "enough" for you, in case of another person? They can mock me of my situation? They can tell me to unalive myself? These are not reasons to mute someone? Those are within the limits? But when I express why I don't like the current situation of the video game industry, and basically the whole world? That crosses the limit? "Addressing the tyrannical and corrupt moderation system on MrGreen". This was included in the title for a reason. It's an ongoing phenomenon for years. I just get fed up with this, and you're the perfect example of these habits. I don't wanna do a "war", I rather want a realization like "We shouldn't have double standards, we should not allow others insult a person we don't really like". That's what I want to earn FOR 7 YEARS. All the same, you say? I checked those older reports from that time. You realized there is an issue, yet you decided to fuck do anything, instead keeping the same mentality. "We are right, you are completely wrong because you were doing XY thing and YZ things, so you aren't better". About the "hostile route". When I had a "more positive" period in January, you still kept mocking me. Vulpy told me to make a journal. Even if I'm a bit late, I decided to continue my blog. I even asked you to suggest topics to write that. You didn't care. Just like you not really caring about the Discord server, unless if there is an issue that have to be deal with instantly (scam accounts, etc.). I have some ideas about the case, because I have been active on the chat back then, and I still don't think he deserved such cruel punishment. I can't even DM Madkiller for quite some time, as he blocked me (and I did the same after). Even when I DM'd him once, he told that contact Lucker if I have a problem with him. So you can't say I haven't even tried. Zeitmann, Ciken and VulpyWags tend to DM me actually (and vice versa), so it's not like I'm not open for it. You are always free to DM me, too. You kept complaining about me, so I guess you could have a reason to do that. From my part, you're a strange case: few times you are actually kind and helpful, other times you just wish me to disappear from the face of the Earth. Somehow the "something is wrong" usually applies to you and ONLY you in that case, funny. Wrong. In my post about Madkiller, I told that he unfairly banned fonfon. In this post, I addressed the ban of HelloCREEP. In my community reviews, I told about multiple parts of the community, including issues that affect multiple people. Yeah, so, that's the thing, every community works this way, pretty much since the old Rome? There's no such thing as double standards, there are people either lower or higher in the hierarchy. Pretty much applies to any state, any country, any organization, that's the way the world function. It's quite obvious that you feel oppressed by your own country (cause yes, that's exactly how you act for so long), hence any kind of "world standard" is an absolute no and causes the negativity in your voice. If you think so, how about having a different approach? "If that server has corrupt moderation, then why can't my server have one, too?" Anyways, it's a gaming community, there shouldn't be a hierarchy, especially that this community has shrunk to a group of 15-20 active people (including MTA players). I feel that this comparison to the way countries work - implies that "if they can do it, I can do this, too". No, you can't. This tyrannical approach is not ideal for a small community like this. Only some old faces wanna return (3-4 people), other people simply ignore and they move to a different community. That's what I call "decaying the already small community" with such decisions. Why don't you just go and do that? I have told you before, if you feel that you aren't treated well here, you can always create your own community that will be better in every aspect. This whole post means pretty much nothing considering you already have a bunch of plans, which in fact, could've been already realized if it wasn't for just talking. You were given a full freedom for that whole time (let's be real, your punishment would've happened a long ago, if it wasn't for the fact that your point about "dying community is more than valid), yet you chose your way of things, because apparently you are the promised hero of MrGreen and your words are sacred. The punishment and my opinion won't change anyway and I will let other staff members decide on it. Because I don't really wanna do that. I can prove that I can make a better space for the active people on the Discord. But it would be a better pay-off if you prove it yourself. I indeed had thoughts about this before, however, I was simply aware that this will become a reality. Full freedom is a bit of a strong term, considering that you wanted to mute me, just because I used dashes, and that irritated you personally. And I ain't a hero, I'm just committed to address the obvious issues that you simply deny and/or ignore. The community is in a bad shape, and I'm just a warning sign.

Ah yes, it's that time of the year to get another staff member out of the board because they don't get along. No, i muted you for constantly dragging down the entire server, even despite being told by others to stop it as well. People find you being annoying all the time, but in your words it's just "expressing opinions" apparently. (there are too many screenshots to show all that, everything is on discord.) Yeah, very sudden, after everyone, including me, told you to just act normal and keep the conversation on some sort of level. Obviously you totally ignored that, because, again, it doesn't suit your world of view, so it's meant to be "optional" Besides, a "tyrant" that let you insult me before few times, JUST BECAUSE i don't have a reason to mute anybody, unless enough is enough. You have had a problem with about half of the moderation of MrGreen apparently, which doesn't really help settle your position either. It's just another post to start some sort of a war because you dislike me and few other people. It's all the same since 2014 when i showed up here. You would think it's nothing, a hidden toxicity behind because you aren't noticed enough, feel meaningless. Instead of going along, you'd rather take a hostile route over and over again, not a single change done. I have ignored you for a long, long time at this point, I guess it maybe have been enough. Once again, you have 0 ideas about the case, about the outcome as well. HelloCreep (cause we obviously have no reason to hide the names), was muted for other reasons that weren't even related to me. Later on he came back, apologized and eventually got along. Because I don't like the DM approach of things that are related to the server itself (and neither do you if we look in the past of you and Madkiller having your own clash as well), it's not just me that have a problem with you either, don't forget about that. On the other hand, you are always free to DM me about anything and that also goes for how i act towards you or anyone else, a path you haven't chosen either. Yes, a never ending debate that you always come up with that goes for years already. Somehow the "something is wrong" usually applies to you and ONLY you in that case, funny. Yeah, so, that's the thing, every community works this way, pretty much since the old Rome? There's no such thing as double standards, there are people either lower or higher in the hierarchy. Pretty much applies to any state, any country, any organization, that's the way the world function. V4POR - Unmute Request from Discord (+addressing the tyrannical and corrupt moderation system on MrGreen)
-
Your in-game name: V4POR Date of your mute: April 6th, 2026 What game/server are you muted from: Discord Who muted you (only if you know who): micha3lo aka. Dubby aka. Dubstep Reason why you got muted (only if you know why): "whining all the time" Reason why we should unmute you: I didn't break any rules, as having different opinions doesn't equal breaking rules. Dubby/micha3lo abuses admin rights, and he has a personal hatred towards me, thus meaning he muted me for his personal reasons. So, we're in the big '26, when this community has shrunk into a group of around 15-20 active people. Some staff members, like VulpyWags recognized this, and acknowledged that it's partly the management's responsibility. Despite this, he still maintains the MTA servers, keeps it afloat and occasionally implements/fixes some features. What does Dubby/micha3lo do on the other end? Act like a tyrant, act like he is the embodiment of the "book of knowledge" on the Discord server, shows the middle finger if I express my suggestions to the community, and basically has a personal dislike towards me. Apparently, he does some "moderation", in a corrupt way, with double standards. He has muted me for the reason that I have my own world view, and he disagrees with it. This sudden "rage-mute" came unexpected, as we were just having a debate. You know, which is a basic and normal thing in the society. Then he activated his "tyrant mode" and threatened me to obey him, otherwise he would do more harsh judgements. Building a cult of personality at finest. I already told this before, at my previous complaint, but if you want my respect towards you, then EARN IT. Respect doesn't get earned, if you don't do anything to work for it. To prevent the usual reverse-card strategy that consists of posting screenshots that shows "how wrong and toxic I am", I collected a few screenshots that shows your toxicity and personal hatred towards me. These messages from you were sent when I was "just chatting" and didn't "whine" and didn't address things. I think these screenshots gave you a glimpse that this person is acting hostile to me, and is clearly not someone who can be considered innocent. I can already hear the question: "But hey, isn't he a moderator in this community? If you behave toxic, then he has the right to punish you". The fact is, that he actually doesn't do moderation. As it turned out, that he indeed allows some people to insult me, tell me to do awful things (to put it lightly), mock me (even by himself), and decides to do fuck all, but doing moderation to the people doing this. I've been already aware of this for a while, and already told that moderation on the Discord server - in this form - makes no sense. Either reform the moderation system completely (including getting rid of double standards!), or the moderation simply doesn't make any sense for this active group of 8-10 people, unless they break Discord ToS. When I explained this suggestion, guess who got upset the most (and he is the one who calls me "salty"): I also had a problem with another "staff member", and he remained silent about it, because it's clear he allowed him to do anything he wanted, due to "friends politics". At least the other admins: Vulpy, Ciken and Zeitmann made statements about this as they actually care what's going on in the community. Although I already knew his approach to this: if someone insults and mocks Vapor, I don't care, however, if Vapor complains, I take actions So, when someone insults me, he is fine with it (due to personal hatred), but when I write dashes (-----), to distinct my messages, he threatens with mute. Fair moderation, isn't it? We're talking about the same person who banned a member, just because that member trolled him with a text bubble GIF (while micha3lo liked doing the same thing indeed). (Seriously, what's the deal with people getting punishments by posting GIFs in this community?) And one year later, when this certain member posted an unban request, micha3lo still wanted him muted. Stop with this approach, and realize that your community is basically on life support. This tyrannical, cruel approach won't do any help to MrGreen, while Green is already suffering from member loss. Speaking of member loss, how about concentrating on getting Hardie back to the community? You know, the FORUM MODERATOR of YOUR OWN community. Sure, it's his choice to stay away from the Discord server, but then I ask...what's the point of the community roles...if even you don't take it seriously. Getting back to you. I know we were having these clashes for a while, and I really didn't want to do this, but your approach and behavior eventually led me to reach this point. 7 DAYS MUTE, for having a debate with you? Then threatening to extend this already ridiculous punishment even further? What's this, North Korea? I advise you to unmute me, and have a discussion with the other managers, because this current moderation system is unacceptable and needs a reform immediately. You keep saying that I keep having these conflicts with the admins. Well, that's because I'm the only who gives voice if something is wrong, and I just do it now, too. Stop with this "higher being" mindset, and realize that it has no point to decaying the community even more. If you really have a problem with me, why didn't you just DM me? For God's sake, you're a Discord Manager, you're supposed to bring people in, and not the opposite. Discord management doesn't just comes with access to admin rights. The Discord part of MrGreen folks are already reduced to a group of few people, if you keep the same approach, then soon there will be nothing to manage. (As VulpyWags handles the MTA section, and Ciken handles the Minecraft section, you handle the Management, Talk and Hydepark section, so basically, the channels where people actually talk to eachother. If you keep threatening with further punishments, I have bad news for you. As I already have a "backup plan". Don't worry, it's no "destruction", rather some "re-build". But you know, I prefer Option A, which means that you just unmute me, and keep things as they were before, with the difference that you're not threatening me with silencing and banning. If you keep with Option B, then I will just do my "backup plan", which offers a better version of the space you created on Discord (this re-built place where everyone is welcome, until they break "Discord ToS"). P.S.: DON'T LOCK THE TOPIC!

Game: MTA Server: Mr.Greengaming.com RACE MIX Age: 22 Country of origin: Lithuania Link to Steam Community profile *: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198833160563/ Discord name **: malinowskii In-game name: AoS|MissTH Little something about your self and why you think you're fit to be admin: I’m Edgaras from Lithuania. I’ve been playing on Mr. Green since 2018 and Race Mix has always been my main server. Even after taking breaks from MTA, I always came back here because it’s the place I know best. I usually play in the evenings, almost every day. The server isn’t as active as it used to be, but I’m around regularly and whenever players join, I talk in chat, help when needed and keep an eye on what’s going on in the race. I’m not a spammy person, but I’m present. In real life I’m serving in the army on a contract, so staying calm, fair and responsible is normal for me. I don’t tilt easily and try to handle situations logically. This is not my first time applying, but I’m still active and interested in contributing. I understand that being a moderator comes with responsibility and tools that regular players don’t have, and I’m fine with the routine side of the role, like dealing with blockers or campers and keeping races fair. I see moderation as supporting players and the admin team, not as a power role. Thanks for reading.
