We're working on a way to restore the GCs of the MTA players. There's a separate log file for that.

GreenCoins and shop items The GreenCoins that have been earned between this backup date and now are lost. Same goes for most of the shop items. We can't change anything about this! We won't give you back your earned GCs, since we can't check it. As a compensation we'll be giving all active players a GC bonus somewhere in the coming weeks. Apparently someone is really pissed. Our gameserver machine was being attacked a few minutes ago too (DDoS attack). I wonder who we pissed off.

If you were up early today, you could see a rotten dick on our webpage. Someone managed to get Clavus his forum password and fucked up stuff on the forums, such as changing the layout, removing forums and stuff like that. We managed to restore all content. Clavus and I are looking into getting a new layout or fixing up the previous one. So for now we use the default skin that comes with the forum software. Sorry for any inconvenience that this caused. Forum passwords are still safe!

I updated the GMod ZS server loading screen to this: http://mrgreengaming.com/serverinfo/zs_new.php I'm aware that the animation isn't working properly when loading the game (since the game hangs, and thus nothing happens). But when people are downloading something. It's quite a nice addition I guess. On top of that I added the update logs, so everyone (especially all regulars) know what happens. This list is live. So what's on that list, is also working in the current gamemode. Any ideas/suggestions? Or is it fine as it is now? - Ywa

It's difficult to find the cause of the disconnecting. Does anything special happen when the disconnect happens?

And another reason is that 1 server with 40 players gets more attention from new players than 2 servers with both 20 players.

So I recently started working on this again. Backported quite some code updates from other (cancelled ) projects which used the same codebase. This results in optimized and more stable code. Did a small test today and seemed to go pretty good. I'm intending on creating a Destruction Derby gamemode with weapons/power-ups. Once I have the basics for that ready, I'll hold a public test. The binaries are already available in SVN btw. But won't be updated much, most likely, until public testing starts. Let's hope I can finally make something worth playing.

I see that as a reason to keep it, seeing it could be used by mingebags. So they still enjoy the game, while having no skill. Or is it just me who thinks like this?
