I will implement this while looking for other solutions. it should work with every map change.... in theory True, but my point is that a map change would be too late. You can easilly add funds with ideal via paypal. I do it all the time.

I suggest you to use map editor plugin http://mrgreengaming.com/forums/topic/14734-mapping-rules-for-mta/, since i see you're having alot of trouble editing the meta.xml . We shouldn't need to fix it for you.
