Never try to use a free public VPN, something cracked like Hotspot Shield Elite (it's not free but you can crack it) would work better since there's no sessions on each country. United Kingdom works really good for me, even makes my ping decrease from 48 to 42

I don't think programs like that one will probably solve ur ping troubles since your ping depends of the distance between your net provider and the server net's provider, in case of America the ping is too high since the servers are located in the Netherlands. Anyway, there's a possible method that could decrease your ping by using a VPN and connect to European countries. In this case, I recommend you 2 good VPN programs, and free. (1 it's free, the other you can crack it and it'd be better) Hotspot Shield and VPN Gate (or SoftEther)

Looks really good and adventurous, I'm planning to do something like this, when I'll get a job and more money, for the moment I'm planning about going to Sweden this summer and meet a girl (aww). Here in Barcelona is what most of the people are looking for, great weather (already +20 degrees just on April's beginning), cerveza, food, party, playa, girls, the problem would be when you have to leave the city, really sad after having a nice stay, even Costa Brava it's awesome, just, the best beach zone (calas) of Europe (can't be of the world cos fu el caribe and hawaii), really good ambient unless drunk people... It is really interesting to see someone that actually likes to travel around, I remember when I was 13 for the first time I went to France alone by myself without telling my parents, I love to travel to other countries, and then when I was 15, caught by the police on the border between Spain and France, I'd love to do the same, I hope to you a good experience around Europe, have fun ^^

alright, alright... I know that Matrix usually has got over 300 ping and it makes lagg himself so he basically gets killed like 'glitched' or even delayed, but you can't disallow someone to play by having excessive ping (-350), that's not even his fault, also, he's not winning every SH/DD for being a lagger.
