  1. You should really buy css already. Its very important for zs maps.
  2. Hazard, Lockup and Dump_v2 are all in the same area. The timeline so far: Hazard -> Dump_v2 -> Lockup Pictures should look far better when clicked on. Images seem to always be crappy for me.

  5. 1. Nails dont tend to last very long, especially with many players. So the meaning of a cade tends to be put some heavy props in the way and just shoot like hell while they have trouble jumping the props. The reason for that is if the nails are too strong then everyone can probably end up cading as soon as they spawn and the whole round can just have the 3 starting zombies or whatever because the cade is very strong. A thing I can think of that could fix this issue is making the extra nail health perk better. If you noticed, I added 2 perk slots based on primary and secondary perks. Nail health is under secondary. Primary perks are Kevlars, speed boost and freemans spirit. Another thing I can think of is make it so that you can have a blowtorch and a hammer even though this idea might be disliked, it is a solution. 2.Maybe a lasthuman perk, or give the lasthuman over 700 sp or some sorts. 3.Thats to do with balancing. In new zs weapons are very strong. If many people get primary weapons it will be a massacre. 4. I talked about them in the document and how to nerf them to not make them so horrible. 5. Some exploit boxes on maps are not really required in new zs because you cant stay on roof and constantly regen health. There is no regen, you will get raped by fasties and poison headcrabs. 6. That was my first priority and yes something will be done.
  6. The whole Achiev/Goodies Unlock thing is still being considered and constantly being changed. Remember that ranks exist and I plan on doing something with it while keeping the ability to unlock certain items as you progress. As for the turret thing, it will probably get removed off achievs and back to the rank section but I dont know yet. We tend to work on this document at around 9pm uk time so I will see what will happen.
  7. Was in a rush but now I can write this properly. If in your stats it said that you killed more zombies then that, you will get all those achievs.

  13. Good afternoon everyone. Today I would like to present the sequel to a map well known by all the common zs players. I started this project on 12th April and have been developing it since. One of the main things you might notice about it, is that its more enclosed and prettier to look at. In the pictures you will not see any toxic slime, filthyness, crap everywhere or the famous catwalks. Those will be added in what I simply refer to as the "Outside Area" of the map. In the sequel Im going for a more enclosed and more indoor feeling because I want to make it actually possible to cade the map as well as keeping the element of being able to fight outside a cade and still have a fair chance of surviving. A benefit of doing things like this is that I can optimise the map to give it framerate that promises to stick over 100 at any given time. Another thing im going for is to make it less blocky and more "natural". This is an important thing I have not actually started properly apart from the "Outside Area" which is kept secret for now. Most areas are subject to change in design and textures and I still have lots of expanding to do. I have gone for a zs_seclusion + zs_dump theme as you might notice in some areas.   14. It was darkness' objective map and the first objective is to get to the top of floor, humans never finish half the objectives before losing so I was trying to give us a head start . I forgot about dynamic spawns.If you are first player to join server everyone will spawn on you.

  18. Old maps tend to have lights but no light source. We have all been there.
  19. I just had a good look and I quite liked your map. The map provides many good cading spots, high fps, good paths for running/fighting, good propkilling resources and no way to escape the map. Most cading spots have 2 ways to get in and this is good because of the props you get provided with. The only negative thing I noticed is that you use some func_breakable glass with health over 200 I would believe but this is not major because it does not have much health and is breakable by humans so lag caused from it is a minor issue. Overall the map is nice and simplistic and should provide good indoors combat as well as some decent barricading.This is on my list and the family guy one is but you need to make a new version with the fixes.
