We did test your map. Infernus excluded or something like that. In every checkpoint you change into an Infernus and instantly back in another car. Does this seem like a good map to you? So yeah... We declined it since it's just bad

Once a player get enough packet losses the server will mark the as lagger also. So having an unstable ping and having packet loss will result in lagger mode.

Changed max ping between 08:00 & 23:59 to 250 (from 300) Max ping between 0:00 & 7:59 hasn't changed and is 350 (Time is server time)
