As always topic turns into haters vs everyone else but where is objectivity? 

You can hate Megas or not but he deserves another chanse just because he is skilful, has some knowledge, very regular and old player who likes this server. I would give him all admin rights to put an end in this epic poetry. At least it's not a big deal. If he is really changed then cool, good admins are always needed; if he fails again, just add him to the black list. 

Another question is when to give him such chanse? 

The more you want to become an admin the less you ready for it. You are not ready, Megas. And stop making appeals one after another... it's annoying. Can you just wait a bit, make a ''theatrical pause''? 

Long ago I was suggesting to the owner of big SAMP server whom to choose as admin and I was never mistaken in my choise. I was super-moderator on very big forums and also had to choose people. Why saying this? At least I know something and I told you many things honestly, just wanted to help, gave some tips but you Megas just do not listen.

So it started with trolling an admin. I thought the troll would be funny and we could laugh about it together, but that did not happen (to be clear: I did not insult during the troll).
For the troll I was getting a 30day ban, and I was getting mad about that because in my opinion (that time) it was to long.
For me it's already a long time ago and I can't remember everything what happend at that time.
I did some stupid things after the decision, and I apologise for that, especially to Flipper, Madkiller, Megas, SDK and Ywa.
Reason why I should be unbanned:
I know that I did bad things, but I also see players getting another chance after their 5th, 6th or 7th ban who didnt learn much things during their banperiods.
I'm banned 1 more time, but that was close to this ban and I didn't play many time between that unban and this ban.
Now, more than 100 days later, I think I deserve a chance.
Many players who get banned are posting an unban appeal close to the moment when they receive the ban. I didn't, I realised that I deserved to stay banned longer.
I think this is the right moment to ask for an unban, nowadays I work 5 days a week and before I had a lot of time to spend in the server and that made me crazy.
Note 1: in my opinion some people should not forget that I also did really good things for MrGreen in the past (i joined in 2012), I helped many players and admins with problems on the forum and in the server.
Note 2: there were some players accusing me of doing things I actually didn't do (for example that chinese spambot wasn't me).
 
And yes, now I know what to do in the future to prevent doing bad things.

I know that Megas does also good things but my advise to Megas is: spend less time on the server, otherwise you will be the 'old Megas'.
I agree with Aleks, I spend many hours in the server when Megas was online, I don't need to say many things, because it must be clear for everyone (insulting, racist comments, many bans over the years, avoiding ban, abusing modrights).

So busy with life that I don't even have time at the moment. To be honest even if I were unbaned I wouldn't play because I'm so busy. In other words, I'm living it up. Something happened that changed/changes my life.  I've adapted a completely new mindset. Shit is wild over here. Life is good .

What NickYahoo is trying to say is that he has 22 years-old and love everything related with anime and videogames. He has been playing in Mr.green since 2012 and plays everyday at least 2 or 3 hours. As he has played there for a long time Nick was able to know almost every player in the server. At the very beginning he used to be very inmature but that has changed as he was growing up. So, to sum everything, he just want to contribute with the community and keep it fun from the people who ruin it most of the time 
Give this man a chance, I'm pretty sure he can make a good job, gl Nick, also try to put more effort in your app
