He can't die because of him internet And it hasn't about auto repair . I shooted him 5 times in one round and he didn't die. He prevents other players from him ping.That's all

I've been having this problem for a long time about hitman, I shootin him at least 3 times in every match and he gets rid of when he must die, A normal player dies , but he doesn't die. I hope this boy is taken care of, I know some people have same these problems.
