  14. Wheel necklace is kind of big, pot is too generic (looks pretty much the same as the bucket too) and the beer is kinda cool, but you can't keep holding it all the time because of weapons you hold with both hands. But keep on coming with the ideas
  15. For those who prefer 'the hood' over snobby tophats: Aligning hats is a nightmare. I have different settings for Terrorist / Counter-Terrorist, Combine, and all other models. Still a hat might look a bit misplaced on some of the models. EDIT: If you're in a futuristic mood...

  19. Look. Achievements = check if value equals something -> set achievement status -> send stuff to client about achieving it -> let client view achievements in a neat interface. It's integrated within the code. I suggest you just follow some tutorials about coding and try to wrap your head around the mechanics of how code works. There's not a magical piece of code for everything, unlike what some people have lead to believe.
  20. That's the kind of rewards I'm trying to avoid (so most RobRobb and Deluvas ideas won't be executed). Most rewards will be some fancy things like 'hats' mabye, or the choice of editing your title.
  21. Well the main difference is that RPG mode in CS:S sucks and this should not. The things you can buy should not have too many effect on the overall gameplay.
  22. I've been working on ideas for a new donation system. The new system is based on in-game currency (called 'green-coins' unless someone has a better name) with which you can buy upgrades (like the current extra weapons and stuff). The idea is that player get points for killing zombies, and players, and maybe by doing some other things (feel free to add ideas). Donaters get a bunch of these coins (like 10.000 or so) with which they can buy stuff. This is meant to give dedicated players a shot at getting the special stuff too, and adding to the replay value of the server. If you guys have any additional ideas (also for new upgrades, note that they are not allowed to break the gameplay), feel free to post them.
