Yeah, but even though it apparently works just fine, I don't think you should make a server browser dependent on a client's web browser. They could better just include web browser binaries with the game and have the pages show up while the game is loaded (like GMod does).

Ok, I'm hearing some terrible rumours that Battlefield 3 will not have an ingame server browser, but instead you need to launch through battlelog. Basically quitting and restarting the game every freaking time. That's some high-quality bullshit right. Who the hell came up with that. Apparently it was already in place during the alpha but to use that for the final game..? EDIT: seems people say it isn't that bad.. but still. EDIT2: you know what just got confirmed? Free dedicated servers for Modern Warfare 3. That's the same good system as COD4 had. Is MW3 on the road of becoming a better PC game than BF3?

Well you can certainly see they have a bigger budget because of the finer graphics, sound effects, and overused orchestral soundtrack which doesn't fit in the game at all.

OK BITCHIZ Update time! Factions wars is one of the updated plugins and it brings quite a lot of new features. Most notably the ability for faction admins to set chunk owners within claimed territory (just look up the commands with 'f help'). This should protect you a bit from people inside your own faction. Also I now have a proper godmode plugin so I could check people out without being in danger of getting my ass handed.

If your computer can't handle Battlefield 3 with Steam it can't handle Battlefield 3 at all. You're spouting nonsense.
