I'd suggest a simple one-fold program, I used this when I started going out to the gym. Its really simple, and also good for a rookie. No need to trouble your head with two/three or four-folded programs. 3 days(monday-wednesday-friday are the best imo), and you do this same program on all days: -Bench press 4x6(or 3-4x10 if you want mass instead of power) -Deep squats 4x6(-''-) -Bicep curl 3x10 -Chin-ups with a wide opposite grip 3xMaximum -Shoulder press with dumbbells 3x10 -Abs You can alter it in some ways, for example replacing squats with deadlift on one day and adding calves for one day. I'd suggest doing this program for about 3 months. E: Also remember to learn how to do each move properly, prevents accidents and gives you better results when you do things well from the beginning. Remember to warm up before each move to prevent muscle soreness.

So, did someone actually do that, since Im really considering to try to buy it that way? Dont want to get banned/stats wiped for doing so though. No way Im gona pay 50 euros for it.

It is. Just watched some trailers of Premium and CQC, and damn do I want those new guns! It even gives you extra vehicles!

Not interested in CQC at all, but that Armored kill stuff looks awesome. BF3 Premium does sound tempting as Hundy said, but Im probably not gona waste/spend/invest 50 euros to it.

It does look nice I must admit, it most surely will be worth playing, perhaps I'll even buy it if the price is around 30 euros. I hope that the cover system doesnt mean that the gameplay gets slow/campish, since MP is supposed to be fast-paced. The plot seems boring too, running after some crime boss' trophy wife doesnt seem as interesting as the revenge- and lovestories of old Max Payne.

A german blogger, who is also a huge Crysis fanboy, looked up some information about Crysis 3 and said that he is using a "High-Tech Bow", because you can not be detected with it. It's silent and nobody could locate you that fast. If you fire a real gun you would be easily found since the enemies are using thermovision. ... Whats the difference between a bow and a "high-tec bow". Guns got silencers for that. And what happens to all the air he exhales, since they could detect you because of that too.

That is is. But flying and getting kills with it requires skill. Chopper gunner flies automatically and Hind stays in the air automatically(=no flying really needed). I have MW1, Black Ops and MW3 all on Xbox.

lol. Textchat on console, how'd you write since 99% of players only have the controller. You dont need to use brains in CoD, especially when flying a chopper, since it flies automatically. Chopper is actually far more easy to get in CoD than in BF3 if you are good at the game. Also, saying "just spawn, take heli and fly away and rape" does not apply in BF3. PS. Two killstreak-choppers dont count as driveable vehicles. Edit: CoD on PC and BF3 on console lol

Some of us didn't have parents who bought us every Don Rosa comic that was published... I know, neither did I. I got less than a half of those on paper I think. How does that affect on what I said? The fact that I can't just pull paperbacks out of my ass, especially as most of those comics are out of print. (Also, like Clavus said, it sounds way too hipstery) Call it what you like, it's still the truth.
