I'm playing very often, the fact that you don't see me doesn't mean I don't know how things are going on the server. As I said, if you're good enough you should be able to avoid him and any blocker in general. I kinda know how you feel tho there was a time I used to get mad at blockers and rammers and believe me, it's harder for someone who plays with +200 ping, just ask for an admin to mark them as blockers and keep playing. If I can deal with them why you couldn't?

Hey people of the MTA servers!
 
              My name is Richard (Yinob, or Lionheart in game), and in this topic, I'd like to talk about the "Kash effect" or "Kash experience" as I like to use these phrases for a good reason.
I've been playing on these servers /mostly on Race/ for more than 2 years, I've seen people come and go, I've seen new faces, some of them good ones, some bad ones. Most of them were good ones, but there is one guy who is a big questionmark in my book, and it's Kash.
He hasn't improved anything over these years in terms of politeness, good manners, and generally of not being a d*ckhead. We've all seen him being utterly racist, we've all seen him blocking a lot of times, and I think we can't fix this guy. He has been muted multiple occasions possibly banned (don't know this one for sure) and he showed zero to minimal improvement in his behaviour. I thought punishment was a good way to help a person get back on track, and in the meantime, he/she can think about changing the way he/she behaves, but it didn't happen to him.
 
Now I'll make a list about why Kash is rotting the community from the inside (including, but not focusing on personal problems):
He thinks he is some sort of superior being compared to others, which could very well hurt someone's feelings He constantly plays dirty, not even focusing on driving well, his priority is to ram/block/PIT maneuver anyone close to him He is fullblown racist towards EVERYBODY  He is threatening other players, that "He has admin friends" which is a general fear factor in most of the players, who doesn't know him Players around him tastes bitterness, when he comes online, as a "boogeyman", the fun usually stops when he is around (this is a personal issue, but I've seen other people as well complaining about this) Once I stopped playing on this server for a longer period of time, because I couldn't handle the toxicity oozing out of this guy, and this can happen to anyone, because I think I can tolerate toxicity very well Now I'll come up with ideas to handle this situation:
We need an admin to have a serious talk with him Possibly tag him with Blocker indefinitely Bigger and bigger punishment for multiple rulebreaking
From now on, I'll have my recording software running always when I'm playing, so I can record all the things he does and post it here. For now, I just have these from today. It's not a rulebreaker, but I would be mad, if someone comes up with my mother, even if it's a joke. Will provide more later.

60 is default
But its a non-issue because the speed difference from 50+ fps to 100 is minimal, pretty much only gives a slight (300ms max) advantage at the start of a race. Most even can't run the game at 100fps anyways at the start with all the ghostmode cars clipping. In my opinion its better to have players choose what FPS they want to play at since some prefer racing at 50, but some at 100.
Edit: I had this idea some time ago where toptimes would include the players FPS limit, even just make it 2 modes, 50fps and unlimited(100 max since anything beyond that would break the game too much) could even sort it by fps in some fancy web UI. Would be hard to implement with the thousands of toptimes already in the db, but imo would be a good approach.

I would say keep it as it is, as intelz said, some prefer 100 and some 60. You can change ur fps limit from F1 > Settings. Don't see a reason to change it to 60 for everyone. 

Racing in 50 fps is stupid. 100 fps is in real time. Why should we make the server worst? Better would be for people like u Kash to get a proper pc and quit trying to drag those of us with good pc back to the stone age.

It seems you only know one side of the coin. Sandy is far away for being a nice and helpful member and, as someone says above, he's a troller and he has insulted my country (and from other users too) several times, plus he's talking bs 24/7 so his ban is well deserved and the admin who banned him made the right call, if you're gonna troll and expect nothing then the whole server would be a total mess, the less toxic people, the better so I'm ok with that. Also, there are members who have been playing in mr.green before than him and they don't ask to be treated as kings. About Rras, nothing much to say, he's a cheater and a cheater deserves a ban, simple as that.

Taxes and shipping are gonna be more expensive than the product itself IMO

a few maps you should consider reuploading (theres worse reuploads):
- Tite-Fit
- MTA king Map
- Saint Boulevard Drag BETA1
- youarecum.by.Darkshadow
theyre all classic maps and very playable.

So as the title says. We are willing to start selling Mr. Green Merchandise. Which will be shirts, hats, mugs, phone case, key chain....etc BUT we are not sure if you guys want that, so we wanted to ask you guys first. Are you interested into these kind of stuff? If yes then let us know below. If no, then say it as well We have made few "samples" of what we would be selling. It will be edited more in the future for sure, but we didn't want to put so much work on it in case no one is interested into these stuff. Take a look and let us know please. Thanks.
