I removed the removing rights for admins, it served it's purpose mostly, but now it's probably time for the map managers to keep up

upgrades="0" only disables carmods like spoilers, rims, hoods ..., not colours or paintjobs colour will have to be done with script

I keep 59 when activating everything, but it feels like I'm blind then imo so you're not missing much

Interiors are like dimensions, players need to be moved into them. And I don't think race supports them, so you'll need to do it by script. Untested client script: setElementInterior ( localPlayer, 10 )
