Well.. If i followed this system, it wouldn't be secure, so I asked my mom when she was in a happy mood: "Me and my friends want to buy a game together, its -10 euros" and she said that it's allright if she gets the money first. So the next day I already had the money and she bought it (with her bank account) and took my and my friends money.

Go to your payment details on paypal -> Have a problem or so.

Then put up a dispute and paypal will look into it, and most likely give you your money back.

Yeah, did that but I was so stupid to put 'Payment owed for' in stead of 'goods & services' when I payed so now I got this error:

And the bloody bastard also deleted me from Steam... I can understand that he didn't want to buy the pack, but that gives no reason to rob a person and act like nothing happened and just disappear. Anyone still has this person in his Steam list or other IM?

He still owes me 22 euros.

Does the person who you'd send the gift to still receive the pre-order stuff then? Or did you need to gift it before release to get the pre-order stuff?
