Nobana
One of two nearby forests. This ain't so dense forest than the other, used to be all field/farmland or something like that and now only half is used as growing stuff.Used to be all field/farmland here. There used to be a barn here in the, I think it was taken down in the early 70's, because the trees are at least 20-30 years old. You can still see the wooden foundations/footings of the barn. And this used to be field/farmland too. Edited December 19, 2009 by Nobana Quote Link to comment

Nobana
So, this is the 2nd forest. Pretty close to that one. You can see how fast the vegetation changes. The pictures aren't so sharp because I took them without the flash.Entering the forest, 10m from the road.Just after that first picture, there's a path ahead.Near a small road, you can see the sun going down in the far left.In your right, theres a small road which I mentioned, its only for bikers and walkers. You go across the road, after few trees, there's and open area. You continue in the forest, there's an area with small trees, on your left, you can almost see the sun going down. After a few meters, there's a ski trail. In the left behind the trees, you can see the are I live in.And then, we're almost home, this is my street. Quote Link to comment

Nobana
Am I the only one who takes photos nowdays?Well anyway, the sun is shining, birds are singing, and theres -32 Celcius outside. Perfect time for some photos.Lets see...Ok, so this one is taken on the nearby forest too, theres a area with small trees. This too, few meters from the last picture. And one panorama(?) picture of that area. Then, we walk maybe 500-1000 meters, and theres this open area. This picture is from middle of that open area.We walk on for maybe <1km. Theres an second open area. And this is taken at the end of that open area. Then, after few kilometers. These are the landowners fields(still in use). Then, some random house, just had to take a zoom picture. Then, finally, a picture from our roof. Quote Link to comment

Go back to your oil rig.Fuck you, I can take low temperatures also. I'm not the one complaining about cold weather. Lowest in my city this Winter has only been -16. Looking forward going to Oslo Tuesday, should be between -10 and -24 according to the forecast. Quote Link to comment
Nobana
Does the thermometer say -32 degrees, or does it feel like -32 because of the wind-chill effect?Thermometer said -27 without wind(yes, its in "wind-protected" place). When wind is almost 10 m/s, definately -32 celcius out there. Quote Link to comment
