A little late reply but meh.

Yes it's done only with pen tool ( that curve vector tool thing )

No, I don't have any lagging problems or anything with CS5.

You were close with saying "Guitar"

It was bass, but really sounds like guitar a bit actually (didn't notice).

Since its Progressive, the beats must be the loudest as far as I know .

By forced I don't mean the volume. The beat at 2:13 sounds like you ran out of ideas and just slapped something in there.

Well... sort of. They would sound same any way. The beats were every 4th tick, so I decided to leave 2 different beats with same Kick sound.
