why a lot cheaper?^^

If you build your PC yourself, it's a lot cheaper. You can buy parts from stores/internet for less, because the manufacturer of the product (Like Sapphire or Asus) don't have to pay people to build and test a system. And probarbly several more factors.

Yup. Although I snapped the wire a few months ago. My dad welded the wires together again, and it's still working fine up to this day :V

Oh and a small update on my current system specs:

2x Sapphire HD4850 Crossfire!

I'm now aiming for a more Crossfire capable motherboard (because my current mobo limits the 2nd PCI-E lane to x4 instead of x16), and a Full-HD monitor.

Note the crappy laptop, the place under my desk where my PC once was, the Nintendo DS to make up with the lack of games on my laptop, the pile of CD's because I can't listen to music on my laptop, and my Logitech G9 because I hate laptop touchpads.

Wait.

Why take the side casing off, isnt the main fan powerful enough? O.o

I have the exact same pc as cow and now you

But actual pc specs would be nice :P

What does the fan actually do?

Blow air through your system.

I have my casing open so that its always cold air inside the computer... makes sense? :D:P

Not really, this way you don't have any airflow, which makes it hotter. And it's easier for dust to get in.

Yeah you're right, but i always have my window open, so that my room is always kinda cold, and it is windy (enough).

And i dust off my computer ofthen, i dont think dust is a problem :P

I think most of the people use a fan to keep their room cool, and not for blowing air through their computers XD
