Gaza - Israel - "Activists"

So, its all over the news. Israel declared a embargo on Gaza, warned not to go there.

These so called "activists", go in there. Israel soldiers come to stop them, armed with paintball guns & (real)pistols. Hippies attack on the soldiers, throwing them overboard and beating them with metal pipes.

Now almost the whole world is blaming Israel about this.

Its a embargo, of course they wont let anyone in there. In the video shot by the Israelian boat and helicopter, you can clearly see the activist beating the soldier with metal pipes and even throwing one soldier over the sailing.

If someone try's to get through an embargo you(your country) made, would you let them? No. If someone beats you with metal pipes, would you defend yourself? I know I would.

Watch the video, make up your mind, and then comment. Dont just try to defend the hippies "activists".

I hate hippies even more when they are violent.

If someone would try to beat me with metal pipes, i'd take the pipe from him and try to talk.

From videos, at least Video #2, you can see the soldier landing with the rope, and as soon as he hit the deck, activists started to beat him with metal pipes, and he was imidiately on the ground.

So they didnt "try" to beat them, they did.

No official terms needed, there's no good side and bad side, they are both insane in the head. It is in the human genes to hunt and fight to survive. But humans don't have to fight anymore, it's pointless nowadays. Don't deny that human are violent, selfish and dumb. All they do there is fight each other and scream. Of course you can't blame only one person, or only one side, that doesn't work. Stupid humans should leave each other alone.

Why, evolution? You made so many good things, life, love, girls... why did you make it so every human is hyper-ego? No, it's the human's own fault for not using their brains.

The "Hippies" shouldn't really have been there. However, they were taking aid to the citizens of Gaza so they had good intentions. Another thing is that Israel has a history of using terribly disproportionate force in military combat. I think the "Hippies" were stupid for provoking Israel and Israel dealt with the event stupidly also. Basically, everyone involved in the situation is an idiot in my opinion.

And its stupid, when some countries(not many gladly) are making Gaza appear as a good country. Gaza is shooting missiles into Israel "all" the time(/often) and killing Israel civilians.

Why do Gaza people need/deserve any more help than Israel people?

I think I recall someone in the forums being from Israel? If so, tell us your opinion?

E: Gaza's civilians arent the fault about the missiles shot to Israel from Gaza. Im just saying that of course Israel is right on the fact doing an embargo on Gaza, they're trying to defend theyr country.

They did board the ship in international waters. The activists shouldn't have attacked them when they were boarded by the special ops, but then again, they might have had the right on self-defense.

And you just don't attack an aid ship. I heard Turkey just send another aid ship on its way, but this time, they also send their navy to escort it. So Israel now either backs off, or creates a very ugly reality.

Gaza is a sort of colony, Palestinians are established there and Israelians are around them (basically the cities are made that the center is majoritary palestinians and around that's israelians).

That's the palestinians who are shooting missiles at Israel because historically they refused Israel's creation, cause for them Israel is a stranger and the place where it has been built is their place.

The palestinians are dispatched in communities in the surrounding countries as they don't have their own one.

I think they carried aid for palestinians as Israel is blocking them with the embargo/blocus.

Both parties are guitly. The activists broke a rule, the Israelian (?) soldiers come to stop them (while it's just an aid ship), the activists resort to unneeded violence and the Israelian soldiers solve it with more violence.

Although I'm not picking "sides", I think the Israelian soldiers had a better reason to resort to violence, and it looks like the activists just wanted to beat someone. You simply don't beat soldiers with metal pipes without consequences.

The activists was caught on tape beating the isrealian soldier with a metal pipe, and another soldier was thrown overboard.

The soldiers did their job, problem solved.
