I found the problem was with my hard disk, i opened it and the disc inside was so badly scratched so i will buy a new one. I went to a store and cost 51€ Hdd 500GB

Best solution is to buy a new hdd because the old one is broken i think. I tried to install windows 10 with a USB but it keeps saying 0% so is Hdd problem...
