How could it be FPS? Or either ping? I don't get it but i feel it makes the car you ride in get froozen for like 1sec or late or lag etc

Oh its Flip who lives in PS (Palestine), his also a toxic player and a blocker, noticed that when both of us we're online. He also goes fully toxic when the admins/mods are off
