I can't see it managing to get passed. It'll be a bitch if it does, as it could potentially have a massive impact on YouTube gaming communities. If it does pass though, I can see game companies allowing them in their terms of service.

It's not too hard to create your own network, it'll be easier using others though.

I think it's just phase really, stick it out and see what happens. If not, just move to another network, preferably one like Rizon or something.
