CombatTag is disabled again because it still errors like a mofo.

Server's back up. Caused about 20 players to join instantly (seriously wtf). No new plugins, I updated CombatTag to a new version that hopefully doesn't crash. Factions / NoCheat / STAB also updated. Few changes with Factions: Player minimum power gone from 0.0 to -2.0 Power loss per death set from 2.0 to 3.0 Power loss per day that a player is offline: 0.4 (so you lose 2 power if you're offline for 5 days) Territory shield factor from 0.15 to 0.1

Yeah I don't like it either. But I don't want to impose rules, I want to get players to start building cool structures voluntarily. Somehow. Preferably a solid system that doesn't need player opinion or anything like that.

That's one of the reasons I don't like iConomy, lots of extra complex and frankly unnecessary elements which exists solely as text. Minecraft is mostly build around having distinct and collectable items that take up space (although the enchantment system dumbed that down too). In my opinion, Notch took a few wrong turns with Minecraft by adding enchanting and the joke that is The End. I just hope there will be proper modding tools soon :/

Not too fond of the whole iConomy system, but I'll take a look at it. Also, what I'm planning for Green-Coins in Minecraft: there will be a web portal (just like the current TF2 item shop) where you can buy a shipment using GC (shipment being a set of blocks or something). After buying it through your browser, you can type /shipment (or something) ingame to receive everything you bought. As for gaining Green-Coins in MC, I'm still need to work out the player bounty system I came up with.

Yeah Opera had some sort of silly refresh issue I couldn't figure out. EDIT: it's fixed now.

You should be able to do this from the account page now. Just log in where it says "Connect Steam account".

The Fatal1ty one is a public (and personal) favorite. Of course there are better ones according to the real audiophiles but those options are far more expensive.
