Yo what's up guys. Got the next ZS test candidate we are on ZS 3.0.1 Beta V8 ready for this Sunday. Here is a list of fixes and features included.
-Full Arena support 
-New Shotgun 'The Prototype
-Dice command fix
-End game screen completion with bug fixes (Still yet to implement the map vote as I want to keep the code clean for now while we test.)
-Hat shop (Just hats for now, but the potential for Perks and Suits is there, I can provide dummy fixes for those who want to add their own hat creations.)
-Fix for class spawn menu popping up during Arena spawn
-First Arena map created and ready to be tested
-Gas Grenade (Model by Braindawg, its pretty fucking awesome.)
Future implementations possible for the next test candidate:
 
-Zombine port
-Admin mod with proper game mode support
-Prox mines port
-Hate Boss Major bug being resolved
-Ravebreak
-Map vote
-Proper Class spawn menu (The current one is just a stand in for now.)
-Custom weapon models (For more interesting varieties)
 
 
That's the main bulk, but I expect a lot more will come over the next few days so keep and eye on the git hub change logs.   
 
 

More suggestions I recommend
1. MR.GREEN STATS AND RANKING SYSTEM - Every player has its profile, from there you can see how many ZS/ZA rounds he won/lost, how many GC that person has, if he is linked to the forums, kills, assists, total playtime and the class progression on Humans and Zombies.You can also earn badges from getting honorable mentions. MAKE SURE THE DATABASE WONT BE LOST, JUST LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO OLD VERSIONS OF IT
2. LINK ACCOUNT TO FORUMS - Being linked to the forums would give you an achievement aswell as 100 GC for doing it. Do not make it so it can be exploited.
3. ACHIEVEMENT REWARDING - Achievements gives 20 GC and a small portion of XP to all Human and Zombie classes.
4. FIRST ZOMBIE CHOOSING SYSTEM - Once the map loads it will be given 30 seconds for wait to players to join and 2 minutes for the start of the round. An entity by the middle of the map (static zombie?) would spawn and the players closer to it would be chosen for first zombies, the closer they are to it the bigger will be the first-zombie bonus.
5. RNGJESUS ZOMBIE MELEE - There's a small chance (1 out of 10) (10% chance) that any kind of zombies can doubleswipe while performing an attack, plus greatly increasing the slow down of the victim(s). First zombies who were close enough to the entity by the start are granted the chance of having a chance of 7 out of 10 to doubleswipe (70% chance).
6. ANTI-FARM SYSTEM - stats only count when 7 players are on.
7. NEW PLAYER BONUS - New players have a bonus for joining, they will be granted bonuses for 20 matches, such as CHEAPER PRICES, LESS RESPAWN TIME AS ZOMBIE, TRIPLESWIPE CHANCE INSTEAD OF DOUBLESWIPE, DOUBLE GAIN OF COINS AND DOUBLE XP GAIN.
That's all I could think about for now.

I'm looking at porting an updating Achievements and placing it in a module.
We need to add a ranking system of some kind. But rather than rush it, I want to take my time and design something cool and unique. So this will most likely come about after we have released the gamemode.
Linking accounts to the forums will have to be done Ywa's end.

ZS 3.0.1_V5_Beta is live on the Beta server
I've got some good content added to the server and a lot of bug fixes and alterations. Here are the main points of this update which are visual
Update Contents:
-Modified Human HUD elements
-Added Howler Howl attack animation
-Improved zombie hit detection
-Fixed Wraith
-Sub gamemode file structure
-Arena Mode is an offical sub game and has full map support under za_

Because Mr.Green was the server where I first started surfing, I thought it'd be nice to show off my progress. I remember being a huge noob, barely able to complete surf_rebel_resistance's easy finish. But I improved... My last video is veeeeeeery close to 100k views, so I made a new one to celebrate Check it out!
 
 

We have had a lot of Beta testers on and have had a lot of feedback. I've changed the Dynamic of the game slightly to the players wishes, it seemed sensible after some refection.
 
If you would like to take a look at the change log the look at the Offical Green ZS GitHub repository, if you have any content you would like to contribute, I advice waiting for it to come out of Beta due to many code changes which may occur.

I've been letting this linger for a while now, but seeing as Ywa is gearing up a new Mr. Green refresh soon, it's time to review my role. Ever since I stopped managing the Minecraft server I haven't been active here. Truth is I moved onto other games. Plus I'm working on finishing up my education and finally graduate from university. After that I hope to start a professional game development career, specializing in the new wave of virtual reality gaming
 
So from today forward, I'm no longer part of the TopCrew.
 
It's been many fun years. I joined back in 2006 / 2007 after regularly playing on the GMod Zombie Survival. After I started modding it, things just kept on going. The donation system, !ravebreak, Infected Wars, Team Fortress 2 Arena / Payload, Minecraft... lots and lots of hours spend on those. I still remember the topic that introduced Minecraft to the community. Our very first survival multiplayer server, and the many worlds that came after.
 
I want to thank everyone that made these years enjoyable and worthwhile. The regulars, the forum goers, and the people that bravely stood on the frontlines as game admins. Couldn't have done it without you. Thanks Ywa for giving this opportunity and managing the server back-end. I'll probably drop by from time to time to hear the mandatory "everything was so much better when you were around" comments
 
You can always add me on Steam if you haven't already. I'm always interested in chatting about gaming or game dev topics. Still playing games on a daily basis (Battlefield 4 and Arma III nowadays).

I've started playing on the Mr.Green ZS server back at 2009, back when Deluvas used to be the modder and classes used to exist. I used to be new to Garry's mod since then, but the times were passing and I was getting the hang of it better and better, invited a few friends to know about Mr.Green's Zombie Survival server (Quert was one of them ).
 
Later on 2010 I've though about making an admin application, since I've used to spend alot of lifetime and playtime on the Mr.Green ZS server, but yet I've decided to keep quiet and wait for the right time. At 2011 I've created my forum account here to know how everything looks like and to be updated with what's going on on the Mr.Green community.
 
Times passed and things changed, in 2012 I was trying to prepair a good admin application, but I've had no time for that because I had to focus in my studies and real life too. But yet, I've always managed to get some time to play on it and see how things were going
 
Since 2013 started, I had support of a few people, specially Damien, to tell me how administration works and how did they get it. I've started doing a job as moderator in a ZS server known as ''X52Gaming Community'', and everything looked pretty basic and simple, it's the same thing as being a player but with responsabilities, in my opinion.
 
So, I guess its time to give a try to administrate for my home-server, Mr.Green Zombie Survival, (if studies don't stop me, of course).
 
 
Well, this was my admin application for Mr.Green Zombie Survival, it's up to Clavus and Ywa now to approve/decline.
I'm also proud to say that I'm not that active on the IRC.
Edit: Not anymore^, thanks to Tycoonman500, I've managed to install a better chat system than Mibbit.
