The Void Bomb implodes, thus slowly sucking in the very bane of Minecraft existence, the blocks from the map! Trying to harness The Void's energy will result in a permanent ban. Only admins can do it xD (just kiddin', there is no bomb)

  12. New patch applies: ...The Zombine Update: - Fixed Zombine grenade showing up on client's HUD. - Added a glow to the grenade. Red means it's a kinetic damage grenade, green means it's a poison grenade! Watch out. - Reduced minimum Zombine health to 280 and maximum to 350. - Poisoned grenades will deal damage over time that will eventually fade. You can heal by taking supplies. - Poisoned humans will have their vision blurred a bit with a yellow and flashing health-bar. Other players can see infected humans by the 'hazard' effect that they emit! - Added a sprint limit for Zombine, that regenerates over time. However, sprint is infinite while the Zombine holds the grenade. - Decreased Zombine melee damage by almost 40%.

(Vote +1) Unique theme/environment -> V Usage of custom textures -> V Apocalyptic/desolate over-all feeling -> V Appropriate barricade spots -> V Detailed environment -> V (usage of decals, diverse props, etc) Pretty okay lighting -> V Optimization, 7.7/10. 2. Clavus' map. (Vote +1) Although the map is pretty much abstract, the correct use of colors (color theory applied) and lighting, along with custom textures, HDR, built-in challenges (traps) and neat spawns along with the spooky feeling of 'lost' in the huge maze, makes this map the perfect apocalyptic scene. As for optimization, 9.8/10. 3. Darkness' map (Vote X) I'm disappointed by the layout of this map. Although the idea had potential, the quality of this product looks quite poor (no offense). The lighting seems awkward (eye rape for zombies). There are barely details, some rooms are just plain blocky. The textures are wrongly used (not to mention wrong transitions)... Even though the map uses a lot of triggers and it's interesting at first, I can't nominate it. Optimization, 6/10.

  20. New patch applied: - Lowered maximum death wait time for zombies from 12 to 8 seconds. - Tweaked Poison Zombie cloud-healing rate. - Reduced damage reduction from 50% to 25% for Zombines. (holding grenade) ... The Howler update: - Howlers are now roof-camper's nightmare! Her scream can now slightly push or pull an object or human player, giving him the ability to disassemble human roof cluster-fucks. This effect can occur only once per 3.2 seconds. Also, the howler has now a chance to 'shield' nearby zombies in a 'sound bubble', reducing damage received by 100%, but also reducing damage done by 80%, for the duration of the scream plus an additional 1 second. Damage reduction for zombies is bullet only!
  21. New patch applies: - Zombines can now crouch! - Increased zombie count requirements for SMGs from the Supply Crate. ... The Poison Zombie update: - Poison zombies are now the undead healers! Stand close to them, and they will heal your ass! (as zombie, obviously). Try and melee them as human, and you're going to slowly going to die. Effect does not stack. The healing effect can be noticed as "green fumes" surrounding the zombies. Be careful though, the healing effect reduced your total speed by 20%! EDIT: Invisible zombies like Ethereal won't show up the cloud, but they will still heal-up!
  22. Okay, so I've allocated some time to getting a final update online ( timeAlloc( sizeOf( ZombieSurvival ) ). Basically, if you come up with simple ideas that can have a great potential over the gameplay, be my guest. No complex ideas, and no weird ones either, just simple and neat! And yes, leveling is going to get transformed somehow...
