Yes, something with "if your FPS is high = you go faster" So someone with 50 FPS is faster then someone with 30 (so i herd)

You charge up the scream, if you release = scream. Holding it for too long = bar drops. Maybe 30 damage is to much, maybe 20. (20 gets healed fast anyway)

Charge meter for howler scream, if you hold Mouse 1 you charge up your scream ( Slower movement ) 100% charge = (At pointblank, not max range duh) max 30-40 damage but takes like 5 seconds to charge. 0% charge = 1-5 damage ? Example (Photoshop yay)
