You should make it clearer that the diffrent corporations are diffrent teams. Kinda. You should change the splash screen so that it shows what the benefits from each corp is, and what each class gets. You should also add more unique equipment or abilities to each corp.

Great picture, I love it However, there is some things I would change. I would make the line that goes over and under the image go all the way around the image aswell, so that the image could be centered in the middle of the screen for higher resolution clients, and I would make the background 100% black. That way it would look much better if you just centered the image and made the background color black around it.

Ofc it's fake, they even say it themselves. This is just mens version of Opera (not the TV show). It's like watching reality TV, just that it's relity fighting instead. Instead of watching who hooks up with who it's who beats up who. Most people think that they're trying to convince people it's real, but they're not. If I were gonna watch it I'd have to watch an entire season, but I don't have time for that nowadays :/
